Here are samples of work done for individual use, businesses, clubs, and authors.

Commissioned Work Rates:

$40/hour, with a non-refundable advance deposit of $120

Initial drafting averages 3 hours. The rate may include 1-2 drafts for approval and one unframed gallery quality print of the final selection, or the final artwork on a disk in jpg. format. Once a draft is selected, the customer may request 1-2 minor modifications. Major changes or modifications may incur additional fees of $40/hour. The final cost therefore depends on the customer's demands, as well as the complexity and purpose of the artwork. For commercial purposes, the customer will receive a license agreement that specifies the permitted use of the artwork. The fee for all rights to the work is $500. Note: Purchase of the artwork or the right to use the artwork for the specified purpose does not constitute ownership. The design remains the artist's intellectual property and may not be altered or reproduced for sale without the artist's consent.

LIMITED OWNERSHIP

Limited ownership allows the buyer to reproduce the artwork for such tools as T-shirts, mugs, and other items for giveaway or for sale, in order to promote a business or a service, or to use as a brand or logo.

Limitations are as follows: (1) The artwork per se may not be reproduced and sold; (2) the artwork may not be altered without the artist's written consent; (3) the artwork is non-transferable, such as in the sale of the business, or, in the event of the buyer's death, as part of the estate in an inheritance.
