Please note that prices do not include S&H costs and sales tax. We ship by priority mail, utilizing Post Office provided boxes. Shipping and sales tax are subject to current rates. Shipping & Handling for 2011 will not exceed $15 per large Priority Mail box. The current sales tax is 7.5625%.
